They collectively reaffirmed a steadfast commitment to eliminating terrorism in all forms, emphasizing that the state will deploy its full strength against individuals and groups facilitating or supporting hostile efforts aimed at undermining the nation’s peace and stability.
The forum specifically addressed the security situation in Balochistan, asserting that no entity will be permitted to disturb the region’s peace. It condemned the actions of foreign-sponsored operatives, including elements posing as political voices, who aim to exploit unrest for personal or political gain. The Army leadership vowed that these malicious campaigns would be countered with full force and community support, ensuring lasting peace and progress in the province.
The conference highlighted the rapid rollout of “Vision Azm-e-Istehkam” as part of the broader National Action Plan (NAP), emphasizing the necessity of a unified, nationwide effort. The participants reiterated the importance of institutional synergy and constitutional adherence in implementing legal actions, stressing that leniency toward elements funding or abetting terror would not be tolerated.
General Munir acknowledged the formation of District Coordination Committees across the country, emphasizing their critical role in enhancing inter-agency coordination and accelerating the execution of NAP under governmental guidance.
He assured that the Pakistan Army would offer complete support to civil authorities and law enforcement agencies (LEAs) in curbing unlawful economic activities, particularly those linked to terror financing. He made it clear that such threats would find no haven within the country.
Addressing regional concerns, the forum voiced strong condemnation of the ongoing human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), and denounced repeated ceasefire breaches by the Indian military along the Line of Control (LoC). The Army reaffirmed its unwavering moral, political, and diplomatic support to the people of Kashmir.
The commanders also expressed deep solidarity with the people of Palestine, denouncing the war crimes and grave human rights violations unfolding in Gaza. Pakistan, the forum reaffirmed, remains committed to extending all forms of support to the Palestinian cause on global platforms.
In his closing remarks, General Munir urged all field commanders to maintain the highest levels of operational efficiency and combat readiness through rigorous training and professional excellence.
